Additionally, we keep electronic passenger manifests and work diaries to maximise efficiency in compliance and we conduct electronic pre and post trip inspections.

For your safety, our vehicles are hard surface COVID cleaned prior to any jobs and are fitted with pre-filters in return air ducts that remove 99.7% of viruses.

At Crown Coaches, we have developed our own company-wide policies and programs to protect and conserve Australia’s environment. We aim to minimise the effects of our business operations on the environment by pursuing, obtaining and implementing environmentally sustainable solutions. Some of our sustainability initiatives include using recycled water for bus washing and toilets as well as an extensive recycling program for our fleet. Additionally, we use Michelin tyres to reduce fuel consumption and our fleet efficiencies also reduce wear and tear on our vehicles and in turn, our carbon footprint. All our new vehicles comply with Euro 6 exhaust emissions standards, which is technology to minimise harmful pollutants in our environment. We also have 105Kw of solar panels that supply over two thirds of our daily requirements from renewable sources.
